Ntshengedzeni John Mphaphuli
John holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where he specialized in Culture
and Social Transformation, he also holds a Masters degree from the University of Venda and a Post-
graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Stellenbosh University.
He is the founder and director of South African School of Millionaires, a training company and has worked
as a transformation consultant and trainer for companies as diverse as NMG Consultants and Actuaries,
Pick n Pay, Rand Water and the University of Pretoria. John’s passion is Multi-culturalism an area of work
that focuses on the similarities between cultural and ethnic groups, rather than their differences and he
uses this approach in unifying and strengthening workplace environments.
John is married to Hangwani Rachael Mphaphuli and is blessed with two children.
