Team Australia at the 2026 Winter Games
Team Australia delivered a highly successful and professional campaign, underpinned by strong leadership, long-term planning, and a clear focus on athlete performance and wellbeing. Led by Chef de Mission Alisa Camplin AM OLY, the 55-strong Australian Olympic Team achieved Australia’ s most successful Winter Olympic campaign ever, securing three gold medals, two silver medals, and one bronze medal, with more than half the Team finishing within the top 15.
The campaign highlighted both podium success and depth across the program, with 22 top-10 finishes demonstrating Australia’ s growing strength as a winter sports nation. Jakara Anthony( dual moguls), Josie Baff( snowboard cross), and Cooper Woods( moguls) won gold, Scotty James( snowboard halfpipe) and Danielle Scott( aerials) won silver while Matt Graham( dual moguls) won bronze.
The Australian Paralympic Team continued their impressive record of winning a Paralympic medal at every Games since 1992, with snowboarder Ben Tudhope winning a silver and bronze medal.
With 14 athletes, the Team achieved an impressive 10 top-10 finishes across the Games. This performance was widely acknowledged as a defining moment for Australian winter sport, reflecting years of investment, strong system alignment, and a coordinated high performance approach across athletes, coaches, and support staff.
A component of this preparation was consistent access to high-quality training bases that allowed athletes and staff to operate in a stable, performancefocused environment in the lead-up to competition.
