Mystery shop of All Saints

During our mystery shop at All Saints, we found that there was a common misconception that this experience would challenge yet improve our overall thoughts of the company on a whole. However, due to starting this experience early in the morning we found many problems with the stores overall experience shopping. These problems include;

Small number of store assistants due to the time shopping (10am) - only two members of staff

No staff on the lower level

Stock room open, this may lead to stealing

•Lack of range of sizing (may be due to delayed delivery)

On a whole, we believe that these problem would not have arisen if more staff were working at this time. We know that this would not happen from

afternoon onwards as more staff are set to work due to the demand of the location.

On the other hand, we experience numerous positives while shopping. These include;

Helpful and Friendly Staff

Knowledgable about products to due to updated IT systems which stock could be easily checked

(the stock checker device)

Curb appeal, tidy store,

Visually merchandised well,

Easily to put items together

Clean

As the positives are out weighing the negatives, we would definitely return to the store to purchase products in the future.
