Asian cuisine is very rich in different varietry of ingredients, cooking techniques that they are using into their dishes and cooking equipments that they used to it. Some of the examples of these are two of the popular cuisine when it's all about Asian cuisine which is Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. However, each cuisine that's included has distinct characteristic and identity that differs from each other.

As a culinary student, it's always a privilege to roam around metro and find restaurants and experience the food and service that we are discussing inside the classroom. Last Saturday, 22th November, we've gone to Trinoma. We've chose to dine in Pho Hoa, which is a Vietnamese restaurant, that serves healthy dishes and Banana Leaf, which is a restaurant that serves dishes coming from all around Asia.

In Pho Hoa, we've ordered Beef Pho, Goi Cuon, two kinds of Bahn Mi and a dish of fried breaded mushroom. The Beef Pho is very flavorful that even through smell you could already identify which ingredients they'd put there. They'd serve us fresh mint and bean sprout that goes well with Pho. The freshness of the ingredients are visible in each spoon. It's great that we've start our meal with this dish. The Goi Cuon is one of the dishes that I loved to make and to eat. It is a roll of blanched shrimp, noodles and vegetable. I loved it that I crave for it while I'm doing this paper. It's fresh and a healthy dish.
