The parameters for the design of the shades were based
on the simulations on page 9. The simulations above
show the adative comfort and daylight outcomes after applying the parameters in a part of the building, essentially
verifying the validity of the simulations. It should be noted
that the simulation disregards the affect of the ventilation
through the microclimate created in the courtyard using
foliage, shade and water fountain.
