October Activity Highlights
The annual Golden Age Games Friday, Oct. 11, at SBU in Bolivar.
The Ash Grove Healthcare Facility team won 1st Place
Overall Points at the Golden Age Games on Oct. 11,
2019. A team of 9 residents, 13 staff members,
Volunteers, and family members attended the 2019
annual Golden Age Games in Bolivar. Our theme was,
“Close Encounters of the Senior Kind.” Residents
earned 14 medals, including first place in overall
points. Congratulations to the Ash Grove Healthcare
Facility’s Golden Age Game team!
Auxiliary Bake Sale

All proceeds benefit the
Ash Grove Auxiliary Fund.
Eat with us this Thanksgiving!
Thursday, Nov. 22 at noon in the dining room. Cost is
$8.00 per person. RSVP by Thursday, Nov. 16 to the

in advance from the business office or the day of the meal.
