Mother ’ s Day Tea Party
The residents were served tea , lemonade and a large variety of Danishes . The residents each enjoyed a beautiful carnation gifted to them by a wonderful gentleman who prefers to remain anonymous . We are so very grateful for the special gift and the ladies had a wonderful day .
Residents enjoyed “ reaching out together ” as they put on red , white and blue attire , and then gathered outdoors to enjoy a wonderful car show parade . Hazel Whitteead , Sharon Human , Charles Roberts , Wilma Dillard and Carole Wilson .
Wednesday May 19 our theme for the day was “ create together .” Our Staff dressed up as bakers , chefs , and artist . Our residents judged our art work and cheered us on as we entertained them with our competiveness and silliness .
