G etting a group of people to adopt new habits can be a challenge. As the title says: ‘What’s In It for Me?’ tends to be the first reaction to a request for a behavior change. When our corporate travel agency begins to work with a new client, I work to shepherd the changes in their travel program through to adoption. We start with the business objectives and then plan the steps needed to reach their business goals. Some transitions go better than others.
