SDC GVHSS KALPETTA
ASAP Skill development center at Kalpetta is established at GVHSS Munderi in the year 2014 with 11 institutions. Currently the SDC holds 14 institutions with a total of 433 students. The District Programme Management Unit of ASAP Wayanad is located at SDC GVHSS Kalpetta.
In 2016-17, 9 skill courses were mapped to the SDC; Retail Sales Associate, Beauty Therapist, Food and Beverage, Greenhouse Fitter, Jam Jelly Processing, Welding Technician, Modeler, Emergency Medical Care Technician and Handset Repair Technician.All skill courses under this SDC for the skill year 2016-17 have successfully drawn to a close by 31st December 2017. The SDC is headed by Program Manager Mr.Githin Thomas and is assisted by Program Executive Mr.Rakesh Ramu.
