Instead the classes should be designed and conducted with maximum involvement and participation of the students so that they will be encouraged and confident to use English in their conversation. Language teachers and trainers should share best practices of English teaching, invest time and use the expertise; thereby they can gift a good English learning experience to their students. There is also a pressing need for further researches to make English Teaching creative, interesting and effective.
