Teaching English Creatively
India has one of the largest and complex school education systems in the world and English language is an integral part of educational system in India. Even if India has its own official language and different languages based on states and geographical areas, English is something which cannot be avoided from the curriculum as it serves as the universal language.
Teaching English to the speakers of other languages has been an important note for language experts since ages. The grammar needs to be considered as part of English language learning. The present system of treating it as a separate entity and making students swallow its rules has become a big barrier to the students in understanding its real essence and making use of them in their daily conversations. Innovative and creative methods have to be developed and adopted to teach English with its grammatical rules and specific applications.
