4. Analyze the data and finalize your choice - After testing yourself with ability to achieve your want, you have to list out the findings. From 3 to 4 jobs, it’s time to pick your best choice. That selection should be focused on your skills, and your ability to acquire the required skills, to become what you want. To earn that required skill, which course you should learn and which college will give you more opportunity? Find out yourself. Simultaneously you can think of non academic activities which can help you grow and make you feel more happy and important.
No job is permanent today. The jobs today might become obsolete tomorrow. The best way forward is to upgrade yourself and keep enhancing your competencies, in a lifelong process. Being competent in an area of your interest will always give the strength to take all the possible challenges in an exciting manner. Fortunately there are some tests, which will guide you in a right manner to identify your attributes and help you to make better decisions. Hopefully we will start using those tools effectively and make the future employees fully satisfied. It’s a challenge, but needs to be done.
