Qn 3: What then, could be the role of educators?

Ans 3: First educators must be true learners and passionately continue their efforts to keep learning. It’s not about finding time to do an additional degree but something that can be modeled by the students. It could be a new skill, or getting sharpened in any talent etc. The mindset and attitude matters the most. An educator who is always willing to learn something new brings rich exposure to their classrooms. That is how they connect life and learning.

Second educators need to be ‘mobile resource packs’. Here it's not necessary to have all the information stored in them, but having the accessibility to accurate resources at right time makes them so precious. Finding the correct resources is time consuming, but that will set the stage for the show. The number of sources is too large for us to find the most appropriate, but this specialized research adds great value to our students and their lessons.

Third educators should be the ultimate designers of the content, learning and outcome. Designing is a broad term, which could be brought together, only as a package – creativity, freedom and accountability. From knowing their capacity to their learning style, their learning interests to their activities, reviewing lesson plan to constantly revising its outcome, from the wall rooms of discipline to the open space of self reliance, they have to carry the baton of courage. Educators must be the creators of future learning and living. Here Educator need not be an answer sheet with full A+ for all the queries, but the ones who could gracefully smile at the questions with a belief; these are also the part of their own design. That ownership to the system and accountability to answer makes them the master designers.

Counterpoint goes for an emergency break. Meanwhile he was told your answer seems very lengthy and so you must shorten it. Without waiting there for another second, the educator left the classroom like a convicted person who didn’t get an opportunity to prove his innocence. Let’s see whether we get justice in the court of our student’s life.
