G.C.
The Gavelier of the Day is the equivalent of an M.C. Their main job is to lead the meeting, introducing each and every Gavelier. At the same time, they have to set a theme for each meeting and provide the audience with more and more info about the topic. Without the G.C., no meeting would be successful

Greet/Ballot Master
They are the ones who arive early at the meetings and greet everyone. Also, during the elections for the Best Speaker/T.T. Speaker/Evalutator, they distribute and collect the ballots.
Ah Counter
The Ah Counter's main responsibility is to make a report of the number of crutch words and sounds made by speakers to give themselves time to think, and read out the report at the end of the meetings.
The Grammarian
The main duty of the Grammarian is to introduce a new word each meeting with
its meaning and usage, and also correct wrong grammar.
Quizmaster
Frames questions upon all the speeches of the evening to test the sudience's listening.
Timer
The Timer plays a very essential role in the meetings, keeping a track of the timing of the speeches and sessions, For as they say,
"Time and tide waits for no man."
Table Topics
The other noteworthy session is the Table Topics Session. In this session, speakers are given topics at random or take a topic out of the Bowl of Topics. They must then deliver a short speech on the topic and are given no more than 20 seconds for preparation.
The topics are collected and prepared at random by the Table Topics or T.T. Master.
They may range from a variety of topics. From everyday life, to current events to even expanding proverbs.
They are really good for first time speakers and guests as they get to speak on the spot.
