ART LICENSING INTERNATIONAL at the
SURTEX SHOW
We have been preparing and planning for the SURTEX SHOW since the beginning of the year and now it is here. Everyone at Art Licensing International is gearing up for a great show this year and looking forward to meeting new potential customers.
Our journey to the show begins with a four hour car ride from Sunderland, Vermont to the“ Big Apple”, New York City. Jack Appelman is driving and Matt Appelman, Courtney Gonyea and myself( Syrena Oneil) are settled in our seats for a very long ride. When we arrive in New York City there is lots to be done in preparing for the show. It takes

many hours to get our booth assembled and ready for business.
There is a lot of chaos around us because we are not the only exhibitor setting up for the show. SURTEX draws hundreds of designers from all around the world to New York City, where they are given the opportunity to market their collections to manufacturers of products for home, contract, stationery, giftware, toys, publishing, and much more. Exhibitors come from diverse lands. In addition to the United States, 49 countries- among them United Kingdom, Japan, Mexico, Israel, Italy, France, Canada and Germany- are also represented at SURTEX.
