The Saffron Grill is the brainchild of owner and manager Mohammed Bhatti . Originally from Pakistan , he has traversed the globe acquiring valuable experience in all aspects of authentic Indian and Mediterranean cuisine and restaurant management . Saffron is Mr . Bhatti ’ s third successful restaurant venture , which was originally a steakhouse . In 2008 he completely redesigned and extensively remodeled the restaurant , and over a period of eight months the Saffron Grill was established .
