t’s Fall, which means, if you’re an artist living and working in Spokane, you’re
most likely still riding off the high of the Fall Visual Arts Tour. We sure are. The
yearly First Friday art extravaganza is where our flagship event got its start and
it’s where we continually return for renewed creative energy and a massive jolt of
community pride.
For those not familiar with Terrain, we began as a one-night-only, juried multimedia
art and music event celebrating artists in the Spokane area. That show, which just
completed its 12th year, features new works by hundreds of artists and attracts
thousands of attendees.
