What are some of the most
meaningful responses you have
had to your work?
Generally speaking, any positive reaction to my work delights me. I try to create from a
place of spirit, and I am flattered
when others recognize my work
as coming from that source. I
feel incredibly honored when
my work impacts others in deep
and meaningful ways. Specifically, my pieces portraying the
feminine (such as Emerging or
Rising) have stirred up strong
emotional responses in women,
even to the point of tears.

altering experiences with
health issues, such as
battling breast cancer.”

To see that I can affect someone
in such a way, by doing what I
love to do, makes me realize the
importance of pressing forward
with my work as an artist.
