After a short three-hour high-speed train ride, I arrived in “Helsinki”, the capital of Finland. I walked around and surveyed three completely different cathedrals, including Helsinki Cathedral, a pure white cathedral that symbolizes the clean, simple city of Helsinki; Uspenski Cathedral, an Orthodox cathedral with a deep red color; and Temppeliaukio Church, also known as the Church of Rock or the “Church of Love” because it was built and completed on the day of love on February 14. It is believed that by lighting candles at Temppeliaukio Church one will be successful in love. Therefore I immediately lit more than ten
candles at the church!
