Tsundere. It is arguably the best way
to describe the difference between
SUGA, sharp and cynical on the sur
face, and Min Yoongi, a man who
quietly cares for those he loves.
A Japanese term that has become internet slang,
tsundere describes the nature of a person who
seems cold at first but is revealed to be actually
really warm. It is the perfect embodiment of the
two sides of our '2..! 71.
When a new fan is introduced to BTS, It might
be easy to believe SUGA is the member who is
the most aloof. Often depicted as grumpy and
sarcastic, SUGA is known for having swagger to
spare. Seriously, who else can wear a vest of faux
white fur while sporting full makeup and look that
good? If his visuals aren't enough to grab you, his
rapping skills, at up to 8.8 syllables per second,
just might. Watching him on stage is mesmerizing
as he spits fire with his tongue technology,
particularly in Cypher Pt.2: Triptych and I'm Fine .
