Having been a loyal Bioshock fan for a long time know. I was extremely excited when I heard that Bioshock Infinite was was announced four years ago. It was hard waiting so long for the game to come out, but after many delays and a whole lot of patients, the game was finally released on March twenty-six. In this game you play as Booker Dewitt, a former pinkerton agent, with a mysterious past, who is trying to erase his debt. You start the game off the coast of Maine in a rowboat, with some mysterious characters, taking you to a lighthouse in the middle of nowhere during a hilarious storm. If you look around, this game has some of the best graphics I have ever seen. Once you reach the dock to the lighthouse you climb on up and head to the lighthouse, with out those who brought you here. Before you enter the building there is a note covered in blood, (it was a cool little note) that reads, “Bring us the girl and wipe away the dept.” Inside the lighthouse you find a chair that is attached to a rocket motor that sends you into the city in the sky. Again the graphics look fantastic. After a couple of unfortunate events you end up “The enemy of the people,” in which killing some of the local police while trying to escape does not help the issue at all. The combat in this game is fantastic to any type of player. There are sniper rifles for those who like far range engagement, and shotguns for the close range player. With new Vigors (basicly plasmids) such as the Devil's kiss that when used, you throw flame grenades at your foes. Most likely the most popular vigor that I used throughout the game is the murder of crows vigor, that when used you send a volley of crows to attack and stun your enemies. New to the game series is the addition of changeable gear. that can make your melees more power fun, give you extra cash (known as silver eagles in this game), or give you some more lead for your guns. Each gun and vigors have upgrades to make them more powerful but saving the money is hard to do with always getting bullets at the local dispenser.
