Armenian Progressive Youth was and is still one of the best experiences that youth can have in Armenia. We all saw how it evolved to one of the leading youth NGOs in Armenia. And yet still after 6 years the secret is the same; passion towards progress, hard work and dedication. This is how APY got a place where it is now. I feel so proud to see my friends shaping our generation by making positive changes in people’s lives. I am also very happy that now we have a dynamic and growing youth field which can become the core of our civil society. Yet the fight is not over, we need more youth involvement, youth work recognition and better quality education for all.

I can still recall the moment when I first stepped into the APY office for an interview for becoming a volunteer in local events organizing group and now it's around four months that I'm staff member and it's more than a year I am part of this big, bright family that I call home. This year our organization turns 6 years old but it doesn't mean that it's still a child as it had great amount of adventures and experience during these 6 years.

Watching our amazing staff and motivated volunteers you feel inspired about the future of your country, as you realise young people are the power your country holds.

Working in APY is not the kind of work you need vacancy from. Here you learn, experience, feel, get acquainted with new people. It gives you chance to discover and challenge yourself, to open your mind and create, to help others on their way to colorful future
