Greetings Residents !
Fall is officially upon us which has me very excited for cooler weather , football and golf . It also means that the management team has our first year behind us and we can ’ t thank the community enough for the support through this clearly abnormal year . We are excited to really dig our heals in this year and begin to see some progress . In the grand scheme of things , we are looking to make a positive impact in each department and continue to improve the overall experience for our members , residents , guests and staff . We have a much better feel for the condition of the golf course so we can focus our resources in the right places to have the best overall impact . The Golf Club has taken over all of the leagues and the tournament schedule for this year and our goal is to continue to improve the overall atmosphere , creating camaraderie for the members and value for the residents and public golfers who come to play with us . Prior to COVID-19 , the restaurant was having a great year . Frank and Carl have done a really nice job finding the sweet spot with menu items , pricing , quality product and customer service . We hope to continue to build on that and continue to introduce new fun events to engage the community .
While the fall season doesn ’ t mean much regarding the weather , we will see some changes at the club . In the restaurant starting Monday , October 5th we will be open 7 days a week with new hours .

Remember that Chatham ’ s is now open Friday , Saturday & Sunday 7:30AM – 11:00AM . As snowbirds come back , we will continue to monitor the hours of operation as needed . Please stay tuned to our website and social media for the most up to date information .
We are also very excited to begin selling Golf Memberships for the upcoming season . You will find a hefty discount if you pay in full prior to November 1st , 2020 . If you are contemplating membership or have any questions at all please do not hesitate to reach out to myself or the Golf Shop , we will be happy to talk through with you .
