So you know what I am about to say right, excercise is the way to go when you are doing all around total health for your life. Of course you can eat right but you can still gain unwanted weight. A great deal of people are experiencing this problem and cannot figure out why. It is because when you diet the body stores your food and it takes time for it to breakdown and "waste" away. The only real way that you can keep your body in a way that you can still eat what you want an be the weight that you desire is excercise. You don't have to use weights or the really heavy machines. You can go lite with machines like the one in the picture below. You can twist and burn off some of the unwanted calories fast.
