When it comes to good health keeping up with mind, body and soul are a must. You have to sleep, eat and excercise the best that you can but don't forget to feed your mind!
Lots of people consider health to be just a inside body issue but it isn't because as we all
know your mind is the first thing that you have to tend to so that you can do the others.
Excercising your mind by putting something positive in it everyday is feeding it. And even on weekends it is a must! When you do this you open the posibilities of doing all of the other things in many different ways which in turn brings you better overall health. Learning constantly about better foods, great excercise equipment, good sleeping habits and even the little things like vitamins, iron and minerals you need in your body can help. Getting on a road to complete health is one that takes study time, making choices and applying the methods. You can do all! Just get that mind of yours in gear and get to work on being totally healthy.
Beauty
The issue of beauty is one that many people see in different ways! The ideas put here are ones that men and women can use:
1. Lemons are a great to use with or in place of deoderant, they eliminate smell. You can brush your teeth with lemon and baking soda and it will whiten them. Use lemon as a skin softner on your elbows and knees.
2. Tea bags will take away dark circles from under your eyes: place them in the freezer, take them out in 5mins, lay down close your eyes and put them on for 10mins.
3. Use coconut oil in your hair instead of hair greese: If you have a hair dryer sit under it for about 10mins with the heat on medium.
4. We all know that drinking water is important but if you are a person that doesn't like plain water add fruit juice to it. Not from any container I mean to use a blender and juice a lemon, apple or strawberries and add it to your water.
5. If you have dry skin carry a mist bottle with water and spray the body part then rub vaseline or real coco butter on it and this will lock in the moisture. Lot's of lotions dry out the skin and you only waste your money.

Great fashion seems to have always been important all over the world! Finding the right clothing is a
chore for some and fun for others. When you think of fashion for yourself consider this when shopping.
Pick your clothing according to your lifestyle and what you will be doing while wearing those clothes. You never want to shop, spend your money, get home and don't like what you have brought. Mix and match when you are shopping whether is is clothes, shoes or accessiories. Many people buy outfits, shoes and accessiories all the same color and it doesn't work. There isn't any vibrance in color even if you have some flair. Try to consider the season and how long you want to wear the outfit.
