Argentina is a very unique place unlike anywhere else in world. This is so due to several things, but two of them being its topography and climate. So why is Argentina so unique in these two areas? Since the country is quite vertically large it gives Argentina several different topographical areas with different climates. The country can be divided into four topographical regions and also four different climates. These regions in Argentina are the Andean region, pampas, Patagonia, and the subtropical plain in the northern region of the country.

The climate of Argentina is broken into four segments. The first of which are the tropical and subtropical areas where there are high temperatures year round and a constant rainy season. There is also a temperate area in Argentina where the Pampas are located. This area offers hot, humid summers and cool, dry winters. You can find the Andes and some of Patagonia in the arid climate section of Argentina. Here there is an arid climate where it is cold and windy up in the mountains, but the snow clears in the summer making it a great tourist spot. The final climate region in Argentina is the subpolar region. In this cold spot you can find cold temperatures all throughout the year, and it rarely gets to be over 60 degrees in the summer!

No matter where you go in Argentina, there is sure to be a great variety of climates and topographical locatios that will fit you right. Whether it be the plains of the pampas, the beach weather of the tropical northern section of the country, or the beautiful mountains and glaciers of Patagonia, Argentina is the perfect destination for any adventure seeker with fun in mind.
