his prestigious project is located on a prime corner of the Boundary Park industrial park. It's site location
and tenant's large office staff count, created a rather unconventional office to warehouse ratio, in which
AOJ saw the opportunity to design a prominent building that would appear larger from Malibongwe Drive,
making this 4000 square metre AAA grade office space the landmark it was intended to be. Once again,
AOJ designed both the exterior and the interior of the project.
In the office component,' hot desk' and meeting pods, breakaway spaces and lockers allow for a flexible
workspace for many of the employees, while an extravagant triple volume reception space presents a
striking first impression of the company for visitors.
The client, wanting to position themselves as the top medical company in the country, are usinng their
offices as a statement of future intent.
Complete with basement parking and warehouse and staff facilities, this new 13 000 square metre head
office for Ascendis Medical will be ready for occupation in early 2019.
