The new site was purchased in 2010 with an eye to the future as Exemplar went from strength to strength and the staff complement grew . John ’ s son and group CEO , Jason McCormick , said making the decision to finally move wasn ’ t an easy one as there was an emotional attachment to the original property that was hard to move on from .
The Design The new site was a blank canvas on which a new home for Exemplar could be built . Designed by Living Planet Architects , the new office design follows a brief that gives a nod to the past whilst also looking to the future . The result is a contemporary farm house style that is comfortable rather than ostentatious . There is a feeling of arriving at a home rather than a clinical office block .
