The facility sits at the intersection of Tygerberg Valley Road & Lionel Solomons Avenue , set back behind a buffer of landscaping , parking and pedestrian walkways designed for the optimal human experience , both from within and around the building .
The development promotes the successful business through improved efficiency , increased vehicular capacity and superior experiences for both the staff and public through 8,650m 2 of showroom spaces integrated with 1,280m 2 office and customer facilities . The innovative design and spatial configuration streamlines getWorth ’ s various operations while offering flexibility for future evolution .
