The parking issue was solved by placing the bays on various levels throughout the building . Besides ground level parking , vehicular access was designed through and around the rear of the building allowing vehicles to be driven into upper floor showrooms as well as second floor parking deck .
The lower ground floor contains a showroom and parking . The upper ground and first floor contains another showroom . The second floor contains a parking deck and the third floor contains an office deck .
Design The developer gave KAPA design freedom with regards the style and aesthetic components of the building based upon obvious business and commercial guidelines important to all developers .
KAPA wanted to maximise the commercial opportunity of the site facing Grayston and chose to use curtain walls and minimal structure that
