combination of open-air , natural light and water in a harmonic display was of utmost importance to the architects . The arrangement and use of materials was carefully considered , ensuring longevity whilst focusing on the comfort and experience of the consumer .
An iconic language was developed with an assortment of materials to create a sense of movement and flow . Facebrick , concrete pavers and earth tones support the simplicity
and authenticity of the natural elements . It was the intention to celebrate the black facebrick , to ground the building in space and create the stability upon which the water can flow . The protruding brickwork pattern along the façade and the detail in the paving are subtle hints of crocodile scales and add to the celebration of nature .
