Parking Integration and Topography A primary design requirement of the Junxion Park project was the integration and absolute concealment of its extensive vehicular infrastructure. Managing the parking demands for a premium-grade corporate park of this scale often compromises the pedestrian experience. The design team resolved this spatial challenge by exploiting the site’ s natural topography. They employed articulated podiums, landscaped edges and deliberate built forms to keep the single-level basement parking entirely invisible from the surrounding public realm.
The only exposed parking occurs at the central podium level. Here, the hard concrete infrastructure is softened using dense planting, shaded outdoor seating nodes and communal outdoor spaces. This landscape architectural layer transforms a functional parking court into an interactive space that contributes to the daily user experience.
