Interior Design and Common Areas Every building has its own unique common area design that caters to both single-tenant and multi-tenant occupation. Lobbies and ablutions were centrally placed together with the lift core to allow for maximum flexibility in floor plates and to accommodate future tenant requirements.
While Building 3 is currently let to four different tenants( one per floor), it was designed to be adaptable, allowing for a single tenant or up to four tenancies per floor, all with equal access to fire escapes as well as central lifts and ablutions.
Due to the high durability requirements of finishes in common areas, these spaces usually have poor acoustic qualities. This has been addressed using oblique angles, Class A acoustic black ceilings, and timber louvres. The introduction of synthetic planting not only adds a tactile experience for users but also contributes to a better acoustic environment. These are placed
