The building’ s aesthetic is defined by a soft, sculpted form that anchors its prominent position within the precinct. Rather than relying on fleeting trends, the architecture employs a refined palette of durable materials selected for their resilience and low maintenance.
Large-scale glazed openings are strategically placed to maximise natural light, while deep-set balconies extend the internal floor plates. These balconies expand the working environment and provide valuable breakout space for occupants.
Environmental performance was considered from the outset. The development utilises passive environmental strategies, including thoughtful building orientation and optimised shading, to mitigate solar gain while maintaining high levels of internal daylighting. These architectural moves are supported by energy-efficient lighting and hot water systems, significantly reducing the building’ s operational footprint.
