courtyard, which forms a quieter internal core in contrast to the activity of the surrounding streets.
Façade Articulation and Form The building integrates comfortably within its urban context, with a height that is consistent with surrounding developments. The western and southern façades are articulated into smaller visual components through the use of projecting masses and carefully proportioned openings,
