Art that Captures the Past The story of Bendehuis is further reflected in a striking public artwork positioned in front of the original house. The bronze fountain, created by renowned sculptor Angus Taylor, depicts children joyfully splashing in water. The piece pays tribute to the youngsters who once gathered at the cottage and gave it the name Bendehuis.
