Set within the vibrant commercial precinct of La Lucia Ridge Office Estate, just north of Durban, this contemporary office building presents a confident architectural statement that reflects the evolving character of the region’ s workplace environments. The design embraces clarity of form and material, expressing a modern architectural language that is both disciplined and visually engaging.
Spatial Organisation and Circulation The building is organised across four levels, comprising two basement parking floors and two office levels above, topped by a rooftop entertainment area that takes advantage of the site’ s elevated position and expansive views. These levels are seamlessly interconnected through a clear vertical circulation system, including lifts and a prominently expressed feature staircase.
