Spatial Organisation and Experience The development was structured in two phases. The first phase, a 7,500m ² value centre, opened in April 2024. The second phase, a 55,500m ² double-tiered retail centre, was completed towards the end of 2025. Together, these phases established a comprehensive retail destination for the region.
At the heart of the scheme is the link mall, conceived as a central organising element and symbolic‘ impact point’, representing where the meteor has metaphorically landed. This double-volume space connects key entrance nodes and enhances the overall legibility of the mall. By rationalising circulation, each node can function as a distinct yet interconnected centre, improving movement, natural light penetration and the overall retail experience.
The spatial sequence is articulated through a series of cores, each contributing to a cohesive architectural narrative. Primary cores evoke the meteor’ s atmospheric entry and descent, while intermediate cores provide moments of pause along the mall’ s linear spine. These transitional spaces introduce variation through colour and scale, breaking the length of the mall and enhancing user experience. Vertical circulation is carefully integrated, with lifts and staircases positioned to ensure accessibility and convenience.
Internally, the mall is organised into identity-driven zones that reflect the diversity of the surrounding community. These spaces offer
