The next phase of Westown’ s R15 billion smart city development in KwaZulu-Natal’ s Outer West will place residential living at the centre of the precinct’ s long-term growth strategy, with Kaleido set to anchor the community.
Following the opening of Westown Square in March 2025, which introduced a 48,500m 2 retail and lifestyle destination to the region, the focus now shifts decisively towards establishing a permanent residential population within the precinct.
