The next phase of Westown’ s R15 billion smart city development in KwaZulu-Natal’ s Outer West will place residential living at the centre of the precinct’ s long-term growth strategy, with Kaleido set to anchor the community.
Following the opening of Westown Square in March 2025, which introduced a 48,500m 2 retail and lifestyle destination to the region, the focus now shifts decisively towards establishing a permanent residential population within the precinct. Kaleido forms the core of this strategy, positioning itself not merely as another sectional title development, but as the residential catalyst that will drive vibrancy, economic activity and long-term value across Westown.
