Lifts There are 4 lifts within the building . They are destination controlled , meaning that when calling the lift the passenger enters the destination information before entering the lift . The advantage of destination control is more effective movement of passengers into and out of the building , particularly in peak periods . VVVF Green Technology - Variable Voltage , Variable Frequency has been used . The VVVF lift drive employs frequency inverter technology that regulates input voltage and frequency throughout the journey , drawing much less current .
HVAC - Ventilation The Basement levels are all ventilated via twin extraction fans in the north east and south west corners to allow for the best possible cross ventilation . The Parking levels are all ventilated using natural cross ventilation from the aboveground openings .
The Office levels are cooled via two Air-cooled chillers with on-board pump sets that reside on the well organised roof level . The chillers provide chilled water to all fan coil units on all floors . The fan coil units are hidden within the ceiling space and supply the conditioned air to each area .
