Enviro-friendly aspects are illustrated by the following :
Grey Water System A grey water system has been designed for the entire KPMG East Campus development of approximately 24,000m 2 U . A . The soil water from WC pans and urinals together with waste water from grease traps and oil interceptors are sent directly to the Municipal Sewer line .
The waste water from hand wash basins , showers , floor drains , service sinks and air
handling units floor drains are sent to a grey water storage tank with a capacity of 360m 3 . From this tank the water is pumped through a filtration system and then stored in a 36m 3 grey water storage tank . The filtered grey water is then distributed to the WC pans and urinals .
