Decorative LED Street Lighting for Richmond Park Richmond Park in Cape Town is a world-class, mixed-use property development integrating retail, light industrial and office space in a secure, landscaped precinct. S ituated just 17 kilometers from the CBD on a prime greenfields site in Milnerton adjacent to the N7 highway, Richmond Park will be developed on 84ha of land as a landmark business park and mixed-use precinct consisting of retail, light industrial, commercial and warehousing property development. BEKA Schréder supplied the HESTIA Mini LED 52W street light on curved poles, supporting Richmond Park’s image as an upmarket development. The HESTIA LED was the luminaire of choice due to the performance of the street light, as well as the various optics available to achieve the required road illumination levels.
