aving experienced substantial growth and a listing on the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange, the South African based MyBucks and Getbucks Group wanted to
construct a new headquarters, consolidating their various offices and associate
companies. Being a Fintech company their vision and subsequent brief to the developer
was to create an iconic and contemporary campus along a major arterial road, with a
modern look and feel and premium grade finishes.
The campus was to contain client engagement and function areas, including a slow
lounge and roof entertainment deck. Due to the nature of its business staff often
work late at night and lifestyle elements and staff facilities such as a canteen, outdoor
recreational area, gym and shower facilities were to be provided. In addition to the above
the implementation of sustainability aspects was key and parking was to be maximised.
