Following on from the opening of Sun International’s Time Square Casino in
Tshwane in 2017, 2018 saw the culmination of the entire vision for the Time Square
complex with the opening of the Time Square Sun Arena & The Maslow Hotel.

The 33 Baker Street building was originally developed by the Sasol Pension Fund.
With the vacating of the Sasol Group from Rosebank, it became necessary to
rejuvenate 33 Baker in addition to accommodating a large corporate tenant.
