The site has quite a small footprint for the size of the building so careful consideration had to be given to pedestrian access from the street as well as access to the basement parking . Although the site is located on a Development node that allows for planning submission without
parking , the developer decided to add value to the property by providing one level of basement parking , which is accessed from London Road .
