sourced that would allow 65 % ventilation as well as hiding the parked vehicles from view .
The floors above house the residential units . A strong horizontal orientation was used for the façades of the units which are broken up by vertically orientated feature walls clad in Equitone panels at the two fire escapes . Small internal balconies punctuate the building façade creating depth with butt-jointed glass corners making the building appear lighter and offering maximum views from the residential corner units .
Materials From the outset a building which required as little maintenance as possible was envisaged . The materials selected for the exterior were therefore limited to aluminium , glass , Marmoran , and Equitone .
Internally the concept continued with a tiled internal finish to the passages and the introduction of a light filled atrium which punctured all the floors located closest to the vertical circulation of the building .
