The building consists of five parking levels of which two are completely below ground , two partially below ground and one level completely above street level . The parking levels are shared between residents , office staff and public parking and are naturally ventilated . By using a strong colour scheme in the basements , it is easy to identify which floor you are on with signage guiding each visitor to lift lobbies and main reception .
Façade Due to the zoning scheme dictating a 5m setback at a height of 10m , the architects accentuated the plinth of the building by clearly defining the setback . A planter was positioned on the edge of the third-floor balcony with a horizontal aluminium clad band wrapping around the building . The colour of the plinth is anthracite grey with a lighter colour scheme for the floors above . The plinth mainly houses the parking levels .
