Conclusion
Because of the efficiency and success of this
first building model, the developers chose to
carry this plan across to the other buildings
on site, resulting in three very similar, yet
attractive looking buildings that add a splash
of colour to the area and have, inarguably,
added its own unique value next to some of
the other prominent buildings in the busy
area of Bryanston, Sandton.
