However, where this design consideration is not sufficient enough, LED lighting
has been installed to help ensure sustainable
efficiency. These installations are further
supported by a collection of photovoltaic
panels on the roof of the building,
which generate 20% of the building’s
energy requirements.
Large, colourful glass panels, acting as
sun screens, have been cleverly and playfully

incorporated on the building’s façades,
adding to the eye-catching exterior aesthetic.
These panels, in conjunction with high
performance glazing, help to reflect unwanted
solar glare and reduce heat gain.
