A major focus of the
design was to connect
with the outdoor
spaces and to create
areas of work relief
main contractor, Legocon Projects, to
resolve difficult junctions on site. The total
construction period was 12 months, including
the interior fitout.
Resolving the ceiling services was a major
undertaking and rivalled previous challenging
projects on which the experienced team had
worked. Many green design elements were

incorporated into the design. Rain water is
harvested from the downpipes and stored in
30,000 litre tanks for use for flushing toilets in
the building and for irrigation around the site.
Solar geysers were installed and geysers
re-used where possible. A mixed HVAC
system was installed to cater for specific client
requirements, with VRV energy efficient plant
